The Cell Modem |

One of the smartest and strongest available on the market, this cell modem packs a large range of features that will transmit information via the standard GPRS cellular network and display it on a cell phone or internet connection. Product Monitor |

Developed by iMonitor's research division this amazing product (a world first) is now exclusively available from APRI Ltd - a joint venture between iMonitor and Satara co-operative group. The product monitor is a battery powered radio probe. The spike on the end of the probe is inserted into any product and measures its core temperature with great accuracy. In addition to this, it also measures surrounding air temperature and humidity. The product monitor can also work out its' physical position in the network using data from the locator receivers (minimum of 4 locators). This information is transmitted (over a range of 30- 100 meters) to locator receivers that pass on the information to a data collection point and display the information on a computer screen. Any number of product monitors can be used (from 1 to several hundred) and they will measure accurately temperatures from -40°C to 70°C. The robust bright orange case makes locating the product monitor easy and status LED indicators are all sealed inside. The probe is watertight to 300mm. Two standard replaceable AA batteries will deliver up to 12 months of operation.

The Locator |

Developed by iMonitor's research division this amazing product (a world first) is now exclusively available from APRI Ltd - a joint venture between iMonitor and Satara co-operative group. Several locators are placed around the walls and ceiling of a storage area or cool store and measure temperature and humidity. It also collects information from up to twenty nearby product monitors. The Locators are able to collect information from up to twenty product monitors. This information is then transmitted via radio to a data collection point for logging and display on a computer, or forwarded via an internet connection to your premises.

Breakout Box |

This unit interfaces the measuring probes to a single input on the cell modem. This interface will accommodate up to five inputs and is powered by the cell modem itself. Connections are via robust IP rated sockets and the case is solid die cast. Small and Strong !

Temperature probe |
|
A probe that will not fail. The electronics are completely encapsulated in a special resin and the cable is low pressure moulded - O ringed- and then finally sealed with an over mould. This probe and its cable will operate accurately in very low temperatures and high vibration.
